“The guys were great, they explained every thing to me. How everything would be taken care of by them and let me stay in the house until I finish my last few weeks at my job. Awesome people to work with.

“I was handed down a property from a family member out of state. So I reached out to Ben and Matt since they seemed like genuine guys in the area. They gave me the price I was asking for the property. The process went extremely smooth. They kept me inform throughout the whole process. They also helped me with any issues that surfaced to make my life easy considering I do not live close by. I would gladly recommend them to anyone that may have a property that needs to be sold.

“I first reached out to Matt and Ben because my mother was getting older and my husband and I wanted to have her move in with us. I was looking for someone that could close fast and that would give us a fair price. Matt and Ben were great! “I am a local agent in Hampton Roads and had a client that wanted to sell their property. Unfortunately, their home was in severe disrepair. After several offers from others we reached out to Matt and Ben about getting an offer from them. They gave my clients a reasonable offer for their property and were very transparent about the process. They followed through every step of the way and also kept my client and I informed. I highly recommend giving them a call to at least hear if any of their options work for you.

“My journey started with Jonathan who reached out to me about my house. Never aggressive or pushy but patient. I was going through an emotional time and he would call every few days and check on me. “When my siblings and I decided to sell our childhood home, it was a difficult and emotional process. From the minute I met The Heckers, I knew they were our buyers. I trusted them implicitly to repair the house and make it a dream home for a new family. Along the way, dealing with 3 sellers in 3 locations and different motivations, the Heckers remained patient and were very understanding. Once all 3 of us were finally on the same page, they made the closing process extremely easy and were very flexible with allowing us to remove forgotten items from the house even after we closed. Their patience, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure my siblings and I were all satisfied with the sale reassured me they would take the same approach in restoring the house.
